Property CAT experience adds $10,000–$20,000 to base in most markets. Multi-state licensed adjusters continue to see above-average comp growth. Litigation specialists at senior level are exceeding the range in complex markets.
Risk Manager: $92,000–$200,000
Enterprise risk roles have seen the most significant comp growth as corporations invest in risk infrastructure post-COVID. CRO-level roles at complex organizations can significantly exceed this range.

The hard market continues to drive premium demand for E&S talent. Binding authority underwriters at growth MGAs are receiving equity components and profit sharing in addition to base salary.
